Jo Salter BA (hons 1st) PGCE

I live in Exmouth. I am from Scotland. I used to live in the Western Isles. Most recently I lived in Lostwithiel in Cornwall. I paint and draw and have taught art at most levels including secondary school, at St Ives School of Painting, at foundation level, in community art, privately, for adult education and so on. I have used most media such as printing and collage, acrylic and watercolour but I probably prefer oils mostly. I love to draw and have taught life drawing, experimental drawing, portraiture and landscape. I have also run a gallery and been a director of a museum and arts centre. I studied at Grays School of Art in Aberdeen and left with a 1st Class (Hons) in Fine Art. I am always happy to take on commissions. (contact on contact page). My other job is Graphic Design which I also enjoy a lot and have been quite successful in as a freelancer.
